Dela Wilson is a strategic facilitator and cultural producer whose practice bridges narrative, social practice art, and systems design.
She is the founder + managing director of Axle Impact Studio, a strategy + integration studio that shapes what’s emerging. Working across the U.S. and African diaspora, the collaborative studio works at the invisible layer of change: where governance, leadership and culture quietly determine what becomes possible.
As a social practice artist, she designs immersive experiences that rearticulate our relationships to self and society.
She is a graduate of Spelman College, Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and Georgetown Law, with fellowships held across inclusive innovation, human rights, democratic innovation and racial equity.
